Steel City Biofuels (SCB) is a new project of the Pennsylvania Resources Council that is building the awareness, policy and infrastructure necessary for the widespread production and use of biofuels in South Western Pennsylvania. We pursue this mission through education, demonstration, research, and advocacy. Our foundation is a diverse network of partnerships linking individuals, farmers, schools, non-profits, community organizations, businesses, and governmental agencies.
